This is typically what is at the end of a movie or play that has been made into a movie. This symbolizes that whatever has been happening is "finished." And that, my dear reader, is what has happened. I am finished!

Today (November 27, 2023) I finished my last assignment to finish out Graduate School. Graduation is December 15th and following that I am able to get a big girl job... once one shows itself. I have been on the hunt for a job for months but I'm not worried becuase God has the perfect job lined up for me.

With all that being said, Hi! Welcome to another blogpost where I promise to post more and you don't believe me because time and time again, I fail to post. But, all in all, this blog was not meant to be something that had deadlines and topics. This blog was built as a way for me to word vomit the things in my brain and if someone comes along and reads it, then cool. So what is going on in my brain? Relief.

I finished a book! Per the request of my good friend, Hannah, I read Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros.

Only a few chapters in and I had already deemed it a five star book! The only thing that would have changed that is if certain characters either died or didn't do the things I wanted them to do. I may write a review post soon. Speaking of! I also finished The Ballerinas by Rachel Kapelke-Dale.

I recieved this book on NetGalley WAY before it was released and proceeded to not read it or write a review of it. So, now that I have finished it, I need to write a review. If you would like to check out either of my short reviews of them, check out my StoryGraph where I rate and review books that I have read. (Sidenote: I prefer The StoryGraph, but here is my Goodreads also. I don't update it as often.)

I recently found this quote and I tell it to everyone who mentions that they don't like reading. Often they follow this quote up with "I don't have time" to which I then like to respond with, "have you tried audio books?"

Speaking of audiobooks! Did you know there are so many different places to get audiobooks, as well as ebooks! My favorite place to get them is on Libby! Libby uses your library card to allow you access to thousands of e- and audiobooks that your library has. The best part... IT'S FREE! My library also works with Hoopla to provide e- and audiobooks.

Another place you can access e- and audiobooks is Everand (preiously known as Scribd). I personally like Everand better than Audible because it allows you to listen to/read as many books you want to at any giventime. Because I have an account, I also have a link where you can get 30-days for free on Everand!

I mentioned above the third e- and audiobook app that is popular; Audible. I don't have a subscription to Audible but I have heard good reviews of it!

Now, I'm not promising to post more consistently but I am hoping that I will post more consistently. There, I can't be held accountable for what I hope will happen.
